Together Dan and Dean opened the first Gordon Biersch brewery restaurant in Palo Alto in 1988. Since then, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurants have opened across the United States, with a recent opening of a Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan. Gordon Biersch serves authentic German style beers. The Gordon Biersch menu consists of appetizers and entrees influenced by a variety of cuisines, all designed to complement Dan's signature lager beer.
In 1997 Gordon Biersch opened a state of the art brewery and bottling facility in San Jose, CA. This brewery allows Dan Gordon to brew his signature beers for sale all over the United States. We offer tours of our brewery based on appointment
